Satisfaction Guarantee
Overview
Most stores try to do anything to not-allow you to return their merchandise. Leaving you stuck with something you don't need or want. Satisfaction Guarantee will provide you with a money-back refund on items you purchased within 60 days of the date purchased.
- Satisfaction Guarantee provides You with a money-back refund on items You purchase in Your name for up to sixty (60) days from the date of purchase.
- If You become dissatisfied with a covered item and the store will not accept the covered item for return under its return policy, 4U Benefits will accept return of the covered item and reimburse the purchase price, subject to conditions, limitations, and exclusion contained herein, up to $250 per covered item.
- This coverage is limited to four (4) claims per enrolled member per twelve (12) month period. In no event will 4U Benefits pay more than the purchase price of the covered item. Payment is net of any applicable, storage, shipping, handling, postage, transportation, and delivery charges You may incur when You purchase the covered item or when You return the covered item to us in order to file a claim.

Satisfaction Guarantee provides You with a money-back refund on items You purchase entirely with cash, personal check, or credit/debit card in Your name for up to sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. If You become dissatisfied with a covered item and the store will not accept the covered item for return under its return policy, 4U Benefits will accept return of the covered item and reimburse the purchase price, subject to conditions, limitations, and exclusion contained herein, up to $250 per covered item. This coverage is limited to four (4) claims per enrolled member per twelve (12) month period. In no event will 4U Benefits pay more than the purchase price of the covered item. A covered item may be returned to 4U Benefits for any reason, but it must be returned undamaged and in good working condition. You are responsible for all mailing costs. Your 4U Benefits membership must be active at the time the covered item is purchased and when the Administrator receives all claim documentation for a claim to be eligible for reimbursement.
What is NOT Covered:
· Damaged, defective, or non-working items;
· Plants, shrubs, animals, pets, consumables, and perishables;
· Professional services including workmanship, installation, professional advice/counseling, and technical support, or help line;
· Motorized vehicles, including but not limited to automobiles, watercraft/boats, aircraft, and motorcycles, or their motors, equipment, or accessories;
· Land, any buildings (including but not limited to homes and dwellings), permanently installed items, fixtures, structures, or home improvement;
· Traveler’s checks, tickets of any kind (i.e. Airlines, sporting events, concerts, or lottery), negotiable instruments, bullion, rare or precious metals, stamps, and coins, currency or its equivalent;
· Jewelry, art, used or antique items; collectibles of any kind (including, but not limited to trading cards, Beanie Babies, etc.); recycled, previously owned, refurbished, rebuilt, or remanufactured items;
· Weapons (including but not limited to firearms and knives);
· Forgeries or counterfeit items, whether or not You knew they were forgeries or counterfeit at the time of purchase;
· Personal care items (including, but not limited to cosmetics, hygiene items, cologne, perfume, etc.);
· Game animals or specimens preserved for display (i.e. fish, birds, reptiles, or mammals), mummification process, or other preservation methods;
· Items purchased at Auctions;
· Customized/personalized, rare, one-of-a-kind, or special order items;
· Items purchased for resale, professional, or commercial use;
· All types of stored data or music (including but not limited to computer software, DVDs, video cassettes, CDs, audio cassettes).
· Items that are purchased that do not come with a return policy from the retailer/seller.

How To File a Claim
How to File a Claim:
Call the Administrator 1-800-711-4280 within sixty (60) days of purchase to request a claim form. Return Your claim form within sixty (60) days of receipt to the address provided, along with the following documentation:
- Completed and signed claim form;
- Original itemized and dated purchase receipt;
- A copy of the store’s return policy;
- Any other documentation that may be reasonably requested.
Upon approval of Your claim, You must send the item in the original packaging (if available) along with the owner’s manual and warranty information to the Administrator before any claim will be paid. You are responsible for all mailing costs. The item becomes the property of 4U Benefits and will not be returned to You.
General Provisions:
· This is not a contract of insurance.
· If payment is made for benefits under the Satisfaction Guarantee program, You may be required to assign the Administrator Your rights of recovery against others. Payment will not be made for a claim if You impair these rights to recover. Your right to recover may not be waived.
