Description

  • Provides secure storage and retrieval of Members’ warranties and receipts
  • Members can choose on-line registration – screens can be customized for each client including what information is collected from the member based on the client’s or program requirements
  • Members can also register by mail by sending in their warranties and receipts.  If the customer mails in warranties and receipts, these will be scanned and stored electronically.  These documents can then be provided to members by mail or by e-mail.
  • Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Eastern), Monday – Friday.
  • cynoSure Financial, Inc. will provide the benefit.  cynoSure has over 13 years of experience providing membership services to our clients’ Members including the receipt and storage of member information in a secure environment to protect member confidentiality.

How To File a Claim

How to file a claim:

  • Members may call the toll-free administrator number, to ask about product recalls for products they own or are planning to buy. 
  • Members will provide the manufacturer’s name, model number and serial number, and the representative will search the federal government’s Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall database and communicate any information to the consumer provided by the manufacturer in the CPSC recall database.
  • Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Eastern), Monday – Friday.
